Keiland Williams: "Ryan Torain (hamstring) and Clinton Portis (groin) were both in pads for the Redskins' light practice Monday.
The Skins' plan all along was for Portis to resume practicing in a limited manner this week, though he seems unlikely to be ready for at least another game. Coach Mike Shanahan shed no light on Torain's injury, but it's a good sign that he was able to do anything. The Redskins host Philadelphia in Week 10. If neither can play, Keiland Williams would get the start."
